Under general direction, creates and maintains various databases; prepares routine and ad hoc financial reports/analyses; monitors financial activity; prepares budgets; assist with maintenance and development of reporting systems; and assists in the review of eIRB and ERS submissions.
Knowledge of accounting practices

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; supplemented with two (2) years of work related experience.
Prepares routine and ad hoc financial reports/analyses; prepares invoices and maintains accounts receivable records for external contractors; prepares monthly faculty productivity reports. Reviews and/or approves expenditure requests up to $5,000.
Development and maintenance of databases for deposits; faculty credentialing; clinical contracts; and UHP.
Prepare and/or review budgets for outside funding sources consistent with funding agency guidelines. Assists in the preparation of pro formas for new business initiatives and faculty replacements.
Assists in the review of eIRB and ERS submissions.
Monitors approved financial activities. Reconcils deposits to appropriate funds.
Other duties as assigned.
