Frostburg State University, College of Business, seeks applications for a full-time, tenure-track Instructor/Assistant Professor of Marketing for its Department of Marketing and Finance. This position is available to begin Fall 2016 at the main campus in Frostburg, Maryland. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications; University System of Maryland benefits package included.
Responsibilities: Teach primarily graduate Marketing Management and undergraduate Consumer Behavior, Professional Selling, or Internet Marketing courses with appropriate research productivity and service to the institution.

The College of Business has a growing reputation for addressing the rapidly changing landscape of business through global experiential learning. While the College’s primary focus is teaching, maintenance of academic qualifications includes productivity in the area of Intellectual Contribution. Minimum Qualifications: ABD candidates in Marketing or closely related field with a firm completion date will be considered for appointment at the rank of Instructor. Previous teaching experience and evidence of scholarly work required.
Preferred Qualifications: Earned doctorate in Marketing or closely related field required for appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor. Online teaching experience is desired.
