Detailed Job Description

Opportunity: The successful candidate will be a teacher/scholar who is able to teach all levels of undergraduate and graduate theory courses, supervise the undergraduate core theory sequence, advise music theory master’s theses and co-direct or direct doctoral dissertations in theory/composition, and possibly teach private composition lessons. Demonstrated potential for active and sustained research is required, as is appropriate service to the profession and university.
