Under supervision of the Assistant Registrar – Academic Scheduling, assists in the production of schedules for credit courses. This position performs a variety of office support duties, including complex data entry, establishing and maintaining accurate records, and independently researching, resolving and responding to all inquiries.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree plus one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.
Knowledge of curriculum and class scheduling related areas and processes (preferred).
Knowledge of computer course software systems (Banner preferred), word processing, spreadsheet and data entry skills.
Knowledge of office methods, procedures, and equipment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Exercise professional, clear and effective communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
Ability to accurately perform detailed work under tight deadlines.
Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
