The Program Manager provides oversight and planning for the development, implementation, and delivery of a program(s).

Additional Department Summary:

The Manager of Experiential Learning oversees the Career Center's contribution to the University's Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP), Learning in Action: Developing Real-World Problem Solvers Through High Quality Experiential Learning Opportunities.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience, OR a Master's degree and some experience.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree and two (2) years of experience is required. Valid U.S. driver's license required. Must be at least 21 years of age and have an acceptable motor vehicle report as determined by the insurance carrier.

Skills and Knowledge:

Knowledge of Career Theory and Development. An understanding of unique needs of diverse client populations. Demonstrates a willingness to modify one's behavior to new information or changing circumstances; adjusts effectively to new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures. Ability to develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with others inside and outside of UA who can provide information, assistance and support to meet mutual goals and objectives. Performs job duties/ responsibilities in a way consistent with UA's values and principles. Sets an example by consistently modeling high standards of performance, honesty, inclusivity and truthfulness. Engages in a continuous process of self-development, identifying and addressing learning and development needs to enhance own performance. Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships by listening to the student/customer and understanding and responding to identified needs. Provides service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters preferably in student personnel, human resources, counseling, higher education, communications, or a related field. Knowledge of and qualification to administer career assessments is preferred. 58 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 37835.16 Midpoint - $ 54870.36
