Under immediate supervision, performs administrative duties which include maintaining account records and preparing reports, preparing and processing correspondence, coordinating billing to outside clients, maintaining an accounts receivable database, screening phone calls, monitoring inventory
Knowledge of office practices and procedures; knowledge of of office equipment as well as computing hardware and software resources, including web activity; interpersonal /human relations skills; verbal and written communication skills; organizational/planning skills; accounting and bookkeeping skills; ability to compose and edit correspondence; ability to prepare reports and publications; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; ability to type; ability to maintain confidentiality
High School Education or equivalent supplemented with related coursework and 1 to 3 years experience
Entering data into Access and Medical Examiner databases
Entering, maintaining, and processing billing for professional testimony (not patient billing)
Receiving and processing all deliveries
Reconciling all charges to PCard
Answering incoming calls and emails; handling requests as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
