The Department of Political Science invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level beginning August 16, 2016. We welcome candidates from all fields of public policy and administration who show excellent research and teaching records or potential and strong quantitative research methods skills. The successful candidate will be expected to teach a combination of courses in public policy and public administration at the graduate (MPA) and undergraduate level, including graduate level courses in quantitative methods. The University of Alabama is the flagship campus of the University of Alabama system, and offers the B.A., M.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science.
