Detailed Job Description

Under the direction of the Dean of Students and the Director for the Center of the Study of Ethics, the Graduate Intern will provide support for the Reflection Center, support programming in student engagement and academic activities, and facilitate the mission of the Interfaith Student Council and Reflection Center.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently enrolled or accepted at an accredited institution in a masters or doctorate program directly related to the summary of duties; relevant coursework to be determined by the hiring department.

Preferred Qualifications

Enrolled in a master’s or doctoral level program focused on interfaith or interreligious or intercultural content.

Experience with Photoshop or other design software.


Knowledge of the college or university, its structure, culture, policies, and practices.


Outstanding communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as with people of all cultures.

Skills in working in collaboration with others.

Must be computer literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel).


Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and to organize and communicate information to varying campus groups.

Ability to deal fairly, effectively and in a timely fashion with all campus members.

Ability to be open, objective, and seek to understand issues from multiple perspectives.

Ability to develop options that are responsive to differing needs.

Pay Range

$12.34 - $15.42
