Fifty percent (50%) time, 6 month position, beginning as soon as possible in the Department of Anatomy in the School of Medicine.
Description of Duties and Position: The individual in this position is responsible for animal handling, histology, scheduling and running subjects for human psychophysical experiments, overseeing undergraduate researchers, ordering supplies, and assisting with electrophysiology.
Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Biology, Neuroscience, Psychology, or Zoology is required. Researcher I experience, lab management experience, and wildlife experience required. M.S. in related field is preferred, and familiarity with histology procedures and animal handling is preferred.
Appointment and Salary: Salary will be commensurate with education and experience and established School of Medicine guidelines.
