The School of Information Systems and Applied Technologies (ISAT) anticipates one or more non-tenure track, variable time teaching positions in the area of Information Systems Technologies (IST). ISAT is within the College of Applied Sciences and Arts (CASA), Southern Illinois University (SIU)
Carbondale. CASA is the third largest undergraduate academic unit at SIU Carbondale a doctoral
research-extensive university. ISAT provides three BS degree programs for SIU Carbondale undergraduate students

IST is looking for lecturers in one or more of the following areas: Business Computing, Ethics and Legal Issues, Database, Web, IT Project Management, and IS Analysis & Design, Networking, and Cybersecurity. The following courses are taught: ISAT 229, 314, 316, 335, 360, 365, 366, & 411; IST 334, 336, 370, 404, 412, and 415. Qualifications: Master's degree in a major appropriate to one or more of the IST disciplines noted above with strong industry IT experience preferred.Effective Date of Appointment: August 16, 2015/Fall Semester. Positions are contingent on available funding.
