The Information Systems Coordinator is a key member of the Clean Plant Center Northwest (CPCNW), a program that performs virus testing and elimination of fruit trees,grapevines and hops. This position facilitates all computing needs operations of the CPCNW through information technology including the development and maintenance of a complex database for tracking laboratory activities, plant inventory, material distribution, and stakeholder communication. Additional Responsibilities included coordinating the
procurement, operation and maintenance of hardware information and computing services that include used for widely diverse complex activities, providing in the areas of IT/computing technical consulting and support to staff, system administration, designing, and maintaining standalone websites used for marketing and research programming electronic/computing
hardware procurement, setup, maintenance and support. A major component is the integration and maintenance of a web-based inventory and stakeholder interface.
A Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years professional experience OR a combination of education and experience totaling seven (7) years from which comparable knowledge and abilities are acquired. Education and experience may be tailored to specific need requirements of position.
-Experience in Cold Fusion programming.
