*Saint Leo University is seeking adjunct instructors to teach Graduate level CRJ 550 Legal Issues in Criminal Justice Agencies, CRJ 551 Legal Issues in Criminal Justice Agencies II, CRJ 552 Criminal Advocacy and Judicial Procedure and CRJ 553 Fundamentals of Civil Ligation courses at our Savannah, located in Savannah, Georgia

Appointments for upcoming terms.

Basic Function:

An adjunct instructor is a term-to-term appointment, with responsibility to students, course materials and classroom instruction.


Instructors will be responsible for teaching in the Department of Public Safety Administration, Legal Courses

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

A Doctorate degree in Criminal Law. The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution.


A Master’s degree in Criminal Law from a regionally accredited institution.

Minimum Qualifications:

A Juris Doctorate degree in Law. The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution.


The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution.

A minimum of 7 years experience either as a prosecutor or defense attorney working criminal law.

Doctorate Degrees in Education, Business, Public Administration, Philosophy, etc., will not be considered for these courses.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Juris Doctorate degree in Law. The degree must be from a regionally accredited institution.


7-10 years teaching experience
