Provide operational and administrative leadership for facilities services, to include capital planning and facilities operations. Direct reports include five operational areas – building maintenance (BAM), maintenance, electrical and plumbing (MEP) and grounds; facilities administration; custodial; Environmental Health and Safety; and capital planning/space. Founding candidate (new position) will bring together multiple functions and leaders. Area of responsibility includes 50 full and part time staff and managers, operating budget of $4M and varying levels of capital projects. Liaison with local and state regulatory and administrative agencies and representatives.

Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, construction management, or similar field and six (6) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, which has included at least three (3) years of managerial experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may substitute for the education requirement.
