Detailed Job Description

Provides age-appropriate diagnosis, treatment and management of diseases and disorders of the visual system, the eyes, and associated structures, including the diagnosis of related systemic conditions to University students and eligible members of the University community. Implements policies and procedures that affect clinic operations and the delivery of patient care.

Required Qualifications

A Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited college or university of optometry requiring a course of study of at least four (4) years AND a State of Washington Optometrist license, including endorsement to use diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in college health optometry; Two years of professional experience as an optometrist

Monthly Salary

Commensurate with qualifications and experience
