This position will be responsible for developing methods to: 1) assess the medical student curriculum; 2) assess the quality of faculty teaching; 3) collect curriculum and teaching evaluation data, organize results, and provide feedback to faculty and committees; 4) collaborate with education leadership and committees to develop new and reliable methods for assessing the curriculum and the quality of teaching, and provide guidance in understanding, interpreting, and effectively utilizing the results. Candidates must have a doctoral degree and at least five years of related experience in evaluation and/or assessment; working knowledge of assessment and program evaluation models; proficiency with statistics, psychometrics and research design; experience in planning, designing and implementing as assessment and evaluation plan.
