Creates and implements accreditation and assessment strategies consistent with college accrediting bodies and Northwestern Accreditation standards. Collaborates with Department Chairs and appropriate college committees, motivating faculty and staff to perform at levels consistent with accreditation and approved standards. Assumes leadership on behalf of the Dean as needed. Contributes to the strategic planning of the college and guides department chairs and assigned committees to ensure implementation of strategic plans. Supports the joint missions of the college and university. Represents the college on assigned college committees. Supervises various committees and task forces as assigned by the Dean
Earned terminal degree from an accredited institution in a discipline closely associated with those represented within the College/School. Achievement of tenure and rank of at least Associate Professor and three years of effective administrative experience.
Earned terminal degree from an accredited institution in a discipline closely associated with those represented within the College/School. Tenurable in one of the nine (9) departments in the college with rank of at least Associate Professor and three years of effective administrative experience.
Knowledge of strategic planning processes for technology fields.
Knowledge of university and college policies, standards and procedures.
