Under general supervision performs complex research and analysis and updates records in the database. Creates relationships, identifies duplicates and performs other data hygiene tasks as directed. Writes and creates programs for data extracts and imports. Performs complex data analysis and manipulation. Creates reports and lists from the database.
High school diploma or GED and three years of experience or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to three years. Technical or vocational degree may substitute for experience.
Knowledge of Access or other database programs.
Knowledge of databases and data set manipulation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computers and Microsoft Suite, emphasis in Excel.
