American International College is currently accepting application for Associate Director of Extended Campus Program (XCP) Admissions. Reporting to the Director of Graduate Admissions, the Associate Director will be responsible for the following tasks:
Oversee the collection and organization of accurate data regarding the new student enrollment process for graduate students within our extended campus (XCP) education programs; analyze the data and make recommendations to Graduate Director for data-driven enrollment decisions.
Provide necessary data for academic program directors to aid in the decision process to "call" program-specific cohorts based on application activity; communicate to supervisor relevent enrollment updates in a clear and concise way.
Serve as primary contact with AIC's external recruitment partner, ensuring alignment of recruitment goals, recruitment messaging, and data analysis.
Ensure smooth operational and personal transitions for students between recruitment partner and AIC.
Attend recruitment events hosted by partner to ensure accurate messaging and assess effectiveness of recruitment strategy.
Keep supervisor informed of the nature and status of the relationship and any relevent changes.
Supervise the XCP admissions operations team, ensuring prompt and accurate data entry for all applicant materials, timely and coordinated reconciliation of applicants with our recruitment partner, and proactive communication with applicants; write and implement communication plan for students once they apply.
In coordination with the Graduate admissions director, identify areas for current policy and procedure changes. Evaluate policies, procedures, programs, systems and controls to ensure maximum effeciency. Aid in the development of new policies to impact change and oversee the implementation of current and new policies and procedures.
In conjunction with the Data Operations Specialist, coordinate CRM admissions module for XCP. Oversee the re-development of CRM. Ensure that set procedures are established for each area of the admissions CRM function. Oversee the implementation of these procedures.
Coordinate database updates, which include but are not limited to, communication plan updates, filter coordination, exports (internal and external), application updates as well pertinent updates to processing systems. (i.e. terms of entry, funnel reporting, programs) Create strong relationships on and off-campus, providing advocacy for XCP programs as new policies and procedures are considered.

Bachelor's Degree is required.
Master's Degree is preferred.
Graduate recruitment and admissions. Candidates must be available and willing to work non-traditional hours as needed.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is required.
Ability to work a varied schedule with flexible hours; ability to load and transport admissions materials, displays, and other equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent the office and College in a professional manner and to conduct compelling and persuasive presentations to small and large groups.
Ability to adapt and problem-solve as needed, especially under pressure.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude, strong commitment to customer service, and student focus.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Ability to quickly learn new database systems.
Able to identify a need and take initiative to address that need.
Experience training and supervising staff members on issues related to admission and recruitment and to verify that systems in place are operating at maximum capacity. Able to develop training program that is comprehensive and effective and to hold accountable operations staff members on timeliness and accuracy of data entry.
Able to contribute to a strong admissions leadership team and to develop strong and colleagial relationships across campus.
