Under general supervision, maintains classroom scheduling within an event management system supporting academic departments and faculty/instructors. Provides additional customer service to students, faculty, staff and alumni through the Office of the University Registrar.

Associate’s degree supplemented with one (1) year of related work experience in a higher education organizational setting. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Processes classroom assignments in student information system and events management system
Troubleshoots classroom assignment requests and issues with academic departments
Provides office customer service: walk-in, email and phone.
Coordinates with Facility Services and Events Services.
Provides back up to the academic support team and the general office.
Performs other duties as assigned.
