Detailed Job Description

This position serves as an essential member of the Office of Undergraduate Admission by managing and executing the timely delivery of admission communications, including printed collateral, emails, web content and social media. In addition, this position supports the communication needs of regional teams by providing materials related to regional and on-campus programs and events. This position also supports the core recruitment and selection and yield process of the department by participating in the activities associated with that function. This position supervises members of the Admission staff who are responsible for executing the communication strategy and works with the Executive Director to help build UGA's search, recruit and yield communication sequence.  

Additional Description of Duties:

Provide input, manage and implement the strategic communication plan for the annual recruitment of international, domestic and transfer students to Bentley University.

Provide input, manage and implement the yield communication plan for international, domestic and transfer students to Bentley University.

Supervise a Senior Assistant responsible for executing the recruit and yield communication plans.

Support the communication needs of the Director of Admission and Director of International and Transfer Admission and their teams.

Lead the development and implementation of all undergraduate communication in close collaboration with Bentley Marketing & Communications.  

Position Qualifications

MA/MS (preferred) with 2-4 years of relevant experience or BA/BS degree with 6 or more years of related experience.

Demonstrated organizational, managerial, leadership and communication skills. Commitment to working with staff and students with diverse backgrounds. An understanding of enrollment management issues. Proven commitment to technological advancement in approach to work and staff development. Ability to handle multiple tasks under time constraints and pressure.  

License(s) Required for the Position

Must hold and maintain a valid, unrestricted United States driver's license, with an insurable driving history as determined by Bentley's insurance carrier.
