Administrative Assistant to the VP of Development & Alumni Relations
Lasell College located in Newton, Massachusetts invites applications for the position of Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations.
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to help facilitate the leadership and decision-making duties of the Vice President. The Administrative Assistant, serving as a trusted advisor to the Vice President and a key member of the department’s leadership team, is responsible for management of the Vice President’s Office, and anticipating future needs; oversees special projects and supports strategic initiatives as designated by the Vice President.
The Administrative Assistant must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, judgment, confidentiality, initiative, and self-motivation. This position requires flexibility in the work schedule.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Vice President for Development and Alumni Relations, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for the following duties and responsibilities, which include, but are not limited to:
