Under general supervision, provides on-site support for live interactive broadcasts from the Orem campus. Provides assistance to the instructor and students; coordinates technical problem fixes with the technician in Orem; administers exams and ensures exams are sent to Orem; collects and distributes papers; operates audio visual equipment; and provides general administrative and office support to the Wasatch campus.
Graduation from a standard senior high school or the equivalent plus one year of full-time experience related to the Summary of Duties.
Knowledge of UVU academic policies and standards.
Knowledge of professors syllabus and class material.
Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures.
Skilled in operation of complex audio visual equipment used in the broadcast of class information.
Skilled in the use of computer software applications including Microsoft Office suite of products.
Skilled in interpersonal communication one-on-one and with a group.
Skilled in both written and verbal communications.
Ability to multi-task.
Ability to work independently without on site supervision.
Ability to read an follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work with a diverse classroom of students.
