Job Duties and Responsibilities

1. Represent the University both on- and off-campus to a prospective students, parents, secondary school counselors and other individuals or organizations involved in the college selection process.; coordinates and contribute to the success of various student visit programs designed to recruit targeted prospective applicants to the University

Establishes relationships through various correspondence with the prospective student population from Jesuit secondary schools.

3. Serves as a liaison to academic departments; supervises outreach programs, assists with office organization and provides professional development to staff

Coordinates and contributes to the success of various student visit programs designed to recruit targeted prospective applicants to the University.

5. Assists with telephone counseling calls and information requests

Responds to Web inquiries from prospective students and their families, providing information about the University and/or status of applications; receives and directs phone calls to staff and other departments; greets visiting students and their families.

Responsible for timely input, retrieval, and verification of data entry of student information in the admission information system.

Contributes to the overall efforts of the department via promotion of a teamwork environment and fostering creativity, especially in the area of campus visits.

Performs other duties as assigned
