Responsible for developing marketing materials, signs, poster, logos brand names, and annual marketing plans and campaigns in all of Dining operations and venues. Produces marketing strategies and plans for Dining Services facilities. Position is responsible for maintaining department website and Facebook home pages.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in a closely related field plus one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.
Preferred a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Communications, or Graphic Arts
Knowledge of the operation of marketing software systems including Office Writer, Power Point Publisher, Photo Shop, Adobe Flash and Adobe Premier.
Skills in evaluating and designing marketing campaign strategies.
Ability to coordinate the production of a wide range of marketing communications, publications and web design.
Must poses the ability to produce graphic designs for food and beverage operations.
