Detailed Job Description

Informs students, advisors, faculty, and staff of university policies and procedures relating to all graduation requirements. Responsible for the final approval of all degrees that are granted. Responsible for awarding degrees, reviewing enrollment applications and creating and issuing all diplomas. Plays a substantial roll in the Commencement Activities each year.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree or any combination of post high school education and experience totaling four years.


Knowledge of content and curriculum.
Knowledge of graduation requirements.
Knowledge of student advisement methods and techniques.


Skills in word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
Skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Banner preferred.
Skills in filing and record management.
Skills in training and supervision.

Ability to work with diverse personalities as well as management personnel.

Pay Range

$25,665 to $32,082
