Provide student, employee, and customer service support for the Bursars Office. Assist students, public, and campus employees with payments, account issues, department deposits, and questions. Perform other essential duties and tasks as assigned.
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in Business, Accounting, or a closely related field and one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience as described above totaling three years.
Knowledge of monies control and security.
Knowledge of basic accounting processes and procedures.
Complete understanding of confidentiality and right to privacy issues.
Skills in the use of computers and software applications.
Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage funds, reconcile, and analyzing account information.
Ability to follow directions and work well under pressure.
Ability to perform required tasks with precision and accuracy; must be detail oriented.
