Job Description:


Under the direct supervision of the Coordinator of the OLP Program, manages, inventories, and conducts repairs as needed in the OLP equipment room.


  • Manage and keep inventory of program equipment
  • Conduct repairs as needed on field equipment and boats
  • Maintain login/logout system for equipment use
  • Provide replacement advice when deemed necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned



  • Solid organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge and experience with outdoor equipment management and repair required
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and be self-directed


  • Ability to establish and work toward goals set in coordination with supervisor
  • Ability to positively incorporate feedback
  • Ability to work in a collegial manner with faculty, staff and students


  • One to three years' experience managing and repairing outdoor-specific field equipment
  • Demonstrated commitment to professional development
  • Understanding and appreciation for the community college mission
