Responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and administering comprehensive high school on campus recruitment events which include: 1) Sibling Orientation Program, 2) University Days, 3) Game Days, 4) And other special events that relate to high school groups. Supports coordination of Bama Bound, UA's new student orientation. Assists with the supervision of undergraduate and graduate students. Assists with managing budgets.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Education, Business, Arts and Sciences, or other relevant major and one year of experience in orientation, special events, or other enrollment management related field. Basic desktop computing skills (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.); excellent oral and written communication skills; and interest in working with prospective students and their families; the ability to work with different cultures and groups of people; must possess proven leadership ability and a customer service oriented philosophy; must be able to multi-task effectively. High organization skills are required for planning purposes. Student or Graduate Assistant, Intern, or student oriented experience will be considered. To be considered student experience, it must be detailed in the employment section on the application. 56 Monthly (exempt): - Minimum - $ 29120.04 Midpoint - $ 40767.96
