Provide support to Director of Enrollment Operations and One Stop Services and oversee/manage general office functions for the Office of Enrollment Operations and One Stop Services.

Performs a variety of complex to advanced administrative tasks involving some discretion and requiring moderate amounts of independent judgment related to the oversight of the daily operations of Admission, Registrar and Student Financial Assistance.


  • Manage calendars, coordinate and schedule meetings, on- and off-campus reservations and travel logistics; set up conference calls and webEx

  • Assist with answering phone lines and serve as informational resource for students, staff, and families

  • Manage office contact list, job descriptions, organization chart, policies and procedures documentation

  • Assist with budget management; process expense reports

  • Utilize BYWAY system for ordering office supplies

  • Provide assistance for staff hiring process to include organizing candidate lists/criteria, distributing application/resume information, and scheduling interviews

  • Oversee incoming/outgoing employee checklists

  • Perform data entry tasks in various database systems/spreadsheets

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and mailing supplies

  • Develop meeting agendas; take and distribute meeting minutes

  • Oversee office maintenance issues and physical facilities requests

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Monitors and reviews operations of enrollment operations; ensures smooth work flow; ensures work product meets professional standards.
  • Serves as informational resource to prospective students, current students and parents; investigates and resolves problems or difficulties related to admission, registration, and financial assistance. Interprets policies and procedures.
  • Performs a variety of complex to advanced administrative tasks which may include coordinating student services/operations; updates, maintains and composes correspondence; processes/oversees enrollment operations functions; perform various financial and budgetary tasks.
  • Gathers and analyzes statistical information regarding department's programs and activities; produces reports.
  • Exercises judgment in providing guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires eighteen months of coursework or training beyond high school and three years of admission, registrar or student financial assistance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of and experience with Ellucian Banner
  • Applicants must have the relevant background and proven skills necessary to perform the required duties including strong oral/written communication skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience using Microsoft office software is required.
  • The ability to interact with student and parent populations is Knowledge of and experience with Google applications such as Gmail, Go expected.
