Detailed Job Description

Join a growing team of professionals in a dynamic non-profit online higher education division! Reporting to the Director of Marketing for Online Programs, the Manager of Corporate & Organizational Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that targets lead generation and growth of corporate, non-profit and militarty organization partnerships for Quinnipiac University Online programs. The role requires extensive day travel to potential customers.

Demonstrates, successful, business development and intangible sales experience, in an academic space.
Is well networked among human resource and/or benefits management professionals in the NYC and New England regions.
Demonstrates ability with managing time and activities on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis that leads to achieving and exceeding goals and objectives.
Has a record of cultivating business relationships and effectively manage a network of contacts.
Is able to deliver presentations to a variety of professionals across multiple industry segments.
Demonstrates technological proficiency with an ability to use technology efficiently & effectively.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, ability to follow direction and seamlessly adapt to changing environments and priorities.

**This position requires up to 90% travel in the CT and New England region, mainly day trips.**

The following qualifications are required:
Bachelors degree.
Up to five years of business development experience, creating partnerships between academic institutions and organizations (such as corporations, non-profits, military).
Ability to meet weekly, monthly and quarterly ativity and sales goals.
Ability to learn complex and divergent programmatic information, across multiple disciplines.
Clean driving record and ability to travel up to 90% of the time within the NYC, CT and New England regions by car.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
