Under general direction, is responsible for developing and maintaining the online presence for SLUCare, including Web content management, developing online videos, writing and editing for the Web, and site management. Collaborates with other team members to maintain site standards with regard to new development. Minimum Qualifications

Education and experience equivalent to: Bachelor’s degree; supplemented with five (5) years related work experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Produces video content. Continually enhances Web presence through development of online videos. Is responsible for all aspects of video production including coordination, interviewing, shooting, editing and publishing to SLUCare’s You Tube account.

Manages projects and relationships with outside vendors. Manages relationships with outside vendors. Partners with outside vendors to develop and maintain digital tools, programs and services to improve our user experience. Manages tools such as Find a Doctor, Adam, SEM and outside video house for larger video projects. Remains current with digital technology industry advances to source and manage additional vendor relationships.

Develops and maintains site metrics and analytics for campaigns (e-marketing and SEM). Develops tailored metrics to illustrate various general trends, and to drill-down to identify specific areas for improvement with the site and/or campaigns. Utilizes metrics to identify structure improvements, including but not limited to identifying better user experiences.

Initiates and manages general web projects. Designs and executes electronic marketing campaigns to promote services within SLUCare. Tracks responses, generates reports related to activities. Creates, develops and manages content for utilizing CMS. Maintains a consistent look and feel through Web properties. Assures Web-based information is archived for future needs and reference. Copyedits and proofreads Web content.

Remains current with emerging industry trends and technologies. Researches comparable sites and brings forward best practices and ideas for improving the site and enhancing the user experience.
