Directs the Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life, including staff and budgets.
-Implement strategic vision for fraternity and sorority life in alignment with Student Affairs and WSU Mission and Values.
-Advise student groups and individuals.
-Oversee budget, personnel, and programming for CFSL.
-Coordinate communication, outreach and community relation efforts to internal and external stake holders.
-Reports to: Vice President for Student Affairs.
Positions require a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and six (6) years of progressively responsible relevant experience, which has included at least three (3) years of managerial experience. A Master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Education and experience can be tailored to fit the specific organizational entity/directorial assignment.
• Member of a Greek letter organization
• Demonstrated risk assessment and crisis response experience
• Experience in a Greek community of a similar size to WSU’s
