Detailed Job Description

Responsible for promoting WSU Tri-Cities undergraduate and graduate programs to prospective students. Assists in the development and implementation of a strategic recruitment plan for WSU Tri-Cities. Develops materials, events and relationships to support freshmen, transfer and graduate student recruiting efforts. The recruiter must possess a valid drivers license and have the ability to travel and work some evenings/weekends.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree and one (1) year of experience directly related to student services. A Master’s degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one (1) year of the required experience. Any combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted for the educational requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree in a related field
- Experience working in higher education
- Knowledge of student recruitment and college admissions

Monthly Salary

Commensurate with qualifications and experience
