Baylor seeks to fill tenure-track faculty position within the College of Arts and Sciences.
QUALIFICATIONS: M.F.A. required. Five years college/university teaching experience beyond TA, teaching Painting and Figure Drawing. Applicant must demonstrate strong skills in teaching both objective/perceptual and non-objective/conceptual problems and a commitment to painting as evidenced in professional work.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in Painting, both in Acrylic and Oils, and an occasional advanced anatomical figure drawing course. Ongoing professional/creative research expected.
RANK AND SALARY: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
