Detailed Job Description

Under the direction of the CCE Director, facilitates classroom needs, pays instructors, and provides customer service.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree in a closely related field plus one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling three years.


Demonstrated experience with registration and records processes related to university policy and procedures.


Demonstrated skills working effectively with and efficiently in a team-oriented environment with various institutional units to plan, implement, and evaluate practices and procedures.

Proficient in use of standard office equipment and MS Office Suite.

Effective communication skills, oral and written, with ability to build relationships with diverse constituents and organizations.

Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with good organization and coordination techniques.

Effective records management and information systems organization and management skills.

Thorough understanding of audio-visual equipment and basic computer programs.


Demonstrated understanding of lines of authority related to areas of responsibility, recognition of the need to coordinate activities through appropriate supervisory levels, and ability to take direction and consult with designated lines of authority.

Ability to apply effective general principles to specific conditions and policies and follow written/oral procedures and instructions

Pay Range

$11.71 to $14.63 per hour
