Detailed Job Description

Under the direction of the Concurrent Enrollment Director, the Program Coordinator manages student admissions, course registration, and course scheduling. Plans and coordinates special projects and activities. Serves as liaison with interior and exterior entities. Completes day-to-day operational and administrative assignments within operating unit.

Minimum Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree and two years professional experience in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience totaling four years.


Knowledge of university admission and registration procedures.


Skills in operating standard office equipment, including computer terminals and software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office).

Public relations, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision making skills.

Supervisory skills.


Ability to follow written and verbal procedures.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Pay Range

$30,052 to $37,565 annually
