The Catering Sales Assistant provides support to the Catering Manager by completing a variety of administrative duties to meet the needs and interests of a creative and diverse community. Regularly follows up with clients via phone and email, checks catering voicemail, and follows through with all necessary replies and/or actions. Regularly checks and processes orders placed via Pinnacle Cart, and reviews the Catering Book and Posting Board for consistency. Coordinates delivery details and staffing for events through direct contact. Updates Catering website and creates signage for events.
